My Story
I am currently a fourth year student at UC Davis majoring in Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology with a concentration in Marine and Freshwater Ecosystems.
Growing up in Marin, California I have always been fascinated by the wildlife and ecological dynamics of the environments around me.
That curiosity, combined with my love of learning and my interest in the “big picture” of ecosystems has shaped my long-term goal of pursuing a career in research and academia.
After completing my undergraduate degree, I plan to get research and fieldwork experience before continuing into a Master’s or PhD program focused on marine mammals, specifically cetaceans, and I am committed to gaining as much field and research experience as possible to prepare for that path.
